We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, and qualifying prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Negotiate and close deals while handling objections or complaints.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and customer information.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Stay up to date with new products/services and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of [additional language] is a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
