- Identify and approach potential customers to promote bank products (e.g., savings accounts, credit cards, personal loans, fixed deposits).
- Cross-sell banking services including insurance, investment products, and digital banking solutions.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets as set by management.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-up and support.
- Conduct client onboarding, KYC verification, and documentation processing.
- Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and field visits as required.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client queries or concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank products, services, and policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Goal-oriented and capable of working under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software systems.
Preferred:
- Experience with retail banking products.
- Local market knowledge and an established network.
