Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Procurement Executive to handle sourcing and purchasing of IT products based on project requirements. The role involves obtaining multiple quotations from vendors, comparing prices, and finalizing the best possible deals while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Sales Team to understand project-specific IT product requirements.
Source and collect quotations from multiple vendors for required items.
Compare quotations and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
Finalize purchase decisions based on best price, quality, and vendor reliability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, particularly in the Bur Dubai IT market.
Maintain accurate procurement records and vendor databases in Zoho
Ensure timely delivery of products to support sales-driven project timelines.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of IT products and accessories.
Hands-on experience with vendor management and quotation comparison.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to make effective purchase decisions under tight deadlines.
Strong coordination skills to work seamlessly with the Sales Team.
Fluency in Hindi, Malayalam, and English is mandatory.
Candidates currently in UAE or those willing to relocate to Kerala with relevant Dubai experience
