Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive with 3–5 years of experience, preferably in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, expanding market presence, and building strong customer relationships to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned territory or accounts
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships to maximize revenue and retention
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends
- Negotiate and close deals with customers, ensuring profitability and alignment with company policies
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure timely delivery and service support
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback
- Participate in trade events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5 years of sales experience; FMCG background preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of CRM software
