Sales Executive – Job Responsibilities
- Identify Sales Opportunities
- Research and analyze market trends to find potential customers or new market segments.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
- Sales Presentations & Demonstrations
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demos.
- Highlight key features and benefits to close deals effectively.
- Negotiation & Closing Deals
- Prepare and present price quotes.
- Negotiate terms and finalize sales contracts.
- Sales Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities using CRM tools.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Achieve Sales Targets
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and performance goals.
- Consistently push to grow revenue and market share.
- Post-Sales Support
- Ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction of new clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to fulfil orders or resolve issues.
- Market Feedback & Strategy Input
- Provide customer feedback and market insights to the marketing/product team.
- Participate in sales strategy discussions and planning.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and competitor offerings.
- Attend workshops, training sessions, and industry events.
Driving License: Compulsory
Experience: Minimum two years
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
