We are a fast-growing FMCG distribution company looking for a Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with strong field sales experience in the FMCG sector, especially food and snacks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and meet with potential and existing customers to promote our products and services
- Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market reach
- Collect payments and ensure account settlement from clients
- Introduce and explain company services and product benefits effectively
- Maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts
- Submit daily reports and market feedback to management
Requirements:
- 3+ years of FMCG sales experience in the UAE (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of retail and wholesale channels
- Must have a valid UAE driving license and own car
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Fluency in English, Hindi
