Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
- Promote and sell integrated facility management services to potential clients.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client requirements.
- Prepare and present customized service proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or related fields
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales data
- Proficiency in preparing and delivering presentations
- Customer-focused with the ability to build strong relationships
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and within a team
- Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Experience in facility management services is a plus

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
