About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in the hospitality industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of proven experience in hotel or resort sales, a passion for building client relationships, and a strong drive to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the hospitality sector
- Manage corporate, group, and event bookings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, and corporate partners
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Represent the hotel/resort at industry events and trade shows
- Work closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality sales (hotels, resorts, or travel agencies)
- Strong knowledge of the UAE hospitality market
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, motivated, and target-driven
- Immediate availability is required
