We are looking for an experienced and motivated Salesperson for our General Trading Division. The ideal candidate will prospect and generate new commercial business as well as perform cold calls in the field to generate new permanent sales. This candidate should be able to support existing clients and have the ability to conduct product demonstrations as well as expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
SALES TARGETS: Meet and exceed the monthly or quarterly sales targets
SALES & CLIENT ACQUISITION: Actively seek out new customers like contractors, builders, Interior Designers, architects etc.
PRODUCT PRESENTATIONS: Demonstrate and present the products, showcasing the range, quality, and application of wood and wooden materials.
MARKET ANALYSIS: Be updated with the current market trends, local competitor prices and sales strategies.
BUILDING STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS: Maintain and build strong relationships with the clients and offer after-sales support.
COORDINATION & REPORTING: Coordinate with the team to ensure that all clients will receive quotations on time. Update the management regularly on the sales reports & clients’ feedback.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Outdoor Sales in the Wood industry
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of Wood and all types of wooden material and applications. Excellent Verbal and written communication skills, and can engage effectively with the clients.
- Strong Negotiation and closing deal skills.
- Must have a UAE Valid Driving License as the role requires extensive travel within UAE.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing has an advantage, though relevant work experience may substitute.
