THEMES Furniture & Homestore is a growing furniture brand based in Dubai. We specialize in stylish, high-quality furniture at competitive prices. As we expand our operations in the UAE, we are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Sales Executive to handle customer visits, online inquiries, and phone calls from our Dubai warehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers visiting our Jebel Ali warehouse.
- Handle online customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and website chat.
- Manage incoming phone calls and provide product details, availability, and delivery information.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth order processing and deliveries.
- Provide excellent customer service and help drive sales.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales or customer service (furniture experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills for handling chats, emails, and CRM updates.
- Friendly, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Must have a valid UAE visa and be currently residing in Dubai.
