Job Title: Sales Associate
Location: Work From Home (UAE-based candidates only)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2-5 Years in Sales or Customer Service
Female Arabic Native candidates only
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients via WhatsApp, phone calls, and online platforms
- Present and explain our services clearly in Arabic and English
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers
- Maintain CRM entries and keep client data organized
- Coordinate with operations and installation teams
- Provide top-notch customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written)
- Valid UAE visa (sponsored by husband/father/freelance preferred)
- Previous experience in sales, customer support, or telemarketing is a plus
- Basic tech-savviness: WhatsApp, Google Sheets, CRM software (training provided)
- Professional and confident communication skills
- Ability to work independently from home in a quiet, distraction-free environment
