We are a leading Scaffolding Contracting company based in Dubai-UAE now looking for a Sales Executive with specialized sales experience in Scaffolding contracting & Construction Industry in UAE
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales of scaffolding systems across Dubai and the UAE.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build a strong pipeline, and convert leads into long-term clients.
- Maintain accurate sales records and performance reports.
- Conduct regular market analysis to forecast trends and adjust strategies.
- Monitor competitor pricing, product offerings, and market positioning.
- Build and nurture relationships with contractors, construction firms, and site representatives.
- Attend site meetings and liaise with customer teams to ensure satisfaction and project alignment.
- Gather customer insights to support product development and service enhancements.
- Promoting company products by presenting company capabilities and solutions to clients
- Understanding the customer engineering inquiry to cooperate with the technical team for the solution.
- Providing all relevant project information to other departments as soon as available.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales experience in the construction sector, specifically scaffolding systems.
- Strong understanding of UAE and GCC construction markets.
- Clear, simple, and customer-centric communication style.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with CRM platforms.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a passion for growth and client success.
- Field-based role with regular site visit
