Position: Sales Executive (Scaffolding)
Location: Business Bay, Dubai, UAE
Work Setup: Office-based (no remote work)
Candidate Profile:
- Open to all nationalities; male/female
- Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales experience in the construction sector, specifically with scaffolding systems, plywood, and H20 beams – this is mandatory.
- In-depth knowledge of local UAE and GCC markets.
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Strong computer skills: Advanced MS Excel proficiency, experience with CRM systems
- Valid UAE driving license.
Compensation Package:
- Fixed monthly salary: AED 8,000 – 12,000, based on experience and performance in previous roles.
- Sales commission: Competitive % commission on sales generated (details to be discussed during the interview).

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute monthly sales targets across UAE market.
- Identify new business opportunities, build and maintain a solid pipeline, and convert leads into clients.
- Regularly conduct market analysis to forecast sales trends, monitor competitor activity, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with the Procurement and Logistics departments to finalize client orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and negotiate pricing proposals and commercial offers while ensuring profitability and competitiveness.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, formwork providers, and construction companies.
- Continuously update CRM with client interactions, follow-ups, and deal status.
- Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company’s products and brand.
- Ensure full compliance with internal company policies and sales reporting standards.
Reporting To: Sales Manager
- Sales Forecasting: Submit strategic sales plans including targets, product segmentation, and expected margins (by the last working day of each month).
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor and report competitor pricing, product offerings, and market strategies.
- Customer Activity Log: Maintain detailed records of client meetings, including contact information and discussion summaries.
- New Product Evaluation: Gather insights on customer preferences and assess potential for introducing new products or services.
