As we expand our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and ambitious Sales Executive to contribute to our growth in the construction chemical materials sector. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting our cutting-edge products to architects, contractors, and other stakeholders in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends and our product offerings, ensuring in-depth knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to key decision-makers, showcasing the advantages of our construction chemical materials.
- Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and sustainable partnerships.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of strategies.
- Customer Service: Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of construction chemical materials and their applications is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required.
