Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in distribution sales to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales revenue, achieving set targets, and expanding market presence for our flight case and furniture products. This role requires strong business development skills, client relationship management, and frequent travel across regions to meet distributors, partners, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Manage and expand relationships with distributors, resellers, and key accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned regions.
- Travel across regions to conduct sales visits, client meetings, and distributor reviews.
- Present, promote, and sell products (flight cases, furniture solutions) to existing and potential customers.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with distributors and customers.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company credit policies.
- Provide accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.
- Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to represent the company and build networks.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key potential clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience (3–5 years minimum) in distribution sales within manufacturing, furniture, or related industries.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently across assigned regions.
- Knowledge of flight case manufacturing, furniture solutions, or packaging industry is a strong advantage would be a plus .
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and reporting tools.
- UAE Driving License is mandatory
