We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. This role is key to creating a positive impression for visitors and clients while managing front desk operations and supporting daily administrative activities to ensure the efficient functioning of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors with a courteous and professional demeanor
- Answer and direct incoming calls accurately and promptly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and courier services
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Support with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Liaise with internal departments and coordinate with support staff
- Monitor office supply levels and handle procurement as needed
- Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information
- Adhere to company protocols and security procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or front office representative is MUST
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Professional appearance and a customer-oriented mindset
