Key Responsibilities:
Proactively engage with potential customers to promote Carstoloan’s financial solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable loan options.
Process applications efficiently and guide clients through the loan approval process.
Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
Stay updated on market trends and competitors to offer the best financial solutions.
Requirements:
Must be currently based in Dubai, UAE.
Prior experience in sales and customer service is required.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Passion for sales and a customer-centric approach.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Benefits and compensation
The first two months are commission-based your earnings are based on the deals you close.
After two months, you will receive a fixed salary, additional benefits, and commissions on top of your sales.
