Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, employing strategic initiatives to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Leverage industry connections and market insights to uncover avenues for growth.
- Client Relationships:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, serving as a trusted advisor in understanding their unique needs.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and technical expertise to ensure clients make informed decisions.
- Sales Presentations:
- Craft and deliver compelling sales presentations that eloquently showcase the distinctive features and benefits of our premium marble products.
- Tailor presentations to different audiences, ranging from architects and designers to contractors and end-users.
- Sales Strategy:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to formulate and execute effective sales strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Market Awareness:
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, identifying opportunities and potential challenges to maintain a competitive edge.
- Analyze market data and customer feedback to refine product positioning and enhance market presence.
- Reporting:
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decision-making by the management team.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven success in sales within the marble or related industry.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding ambitious sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of marble products, manufacturing processes, and a keen awareness of industry trends.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a compelling manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills, fostering meaningful relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving objectives.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
