Dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive with proven experience in the UAE interior fit-out industry. Adept at generating business in commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality sectors. Skilled in client acquisition, relationship management, and closing high-value interior and turnkey fit-out projects across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through market research, networking, and site visits.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and real estate developers.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions for fit-out and interior design services.
- Present company capabilities, portfolios, and technical strengths effectively.
- Prepare and follow up on detailed commercial proposals, BOQs, and quotations in coordination with the estimation and technical teams.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure timely project execution and client updates.
- Monitor UAE market trends, competitor activities, and project opportunities via platforms like ProTenders, Ventures Onsite, etc.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business development strategies.
Skills & Competencies:
- 2–8 years of proven sales experience in the UAE interior fit-out or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, pricing, and timelines.
- Existing network of contacts within the UAE (consultants, developers, FM companies, procurement teams).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and project tracking platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and proposals simultaneously.
- Fluent in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu speaking skills are a plus).
