- Drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure product visibility, availability, and competitive positioning.
- Negotiate trade terms, pricing, and promotional support to maximize sales performance.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing timely feedback and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align stock planning, logistics, and marketing support.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit terms.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis on a regular basis.
- Provide training and guidance to store staff and merchandisers on product knowledge and display standards.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and represent the brand professionally at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of proven sales experience in the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of local retail and distribution networks.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
- Valid UAE driving license (or GCC equivalent) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM software is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
