Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
- Manage export sales inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with overseas distributors, retailers, and partners.
- Coordinate with logistics, documentation, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth potential.
- Participate in international exhibitions and trade shows.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation requirements.
- Prepare and submit periodic sales reports to the management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in international/export sales, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, or perfume industry.
- Strong knowledge of export documentation, INCOTERMS, and international shipping processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Arabic, French, Spanish) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
