Role Overview
As a Sales Executive – Mixers & Bath Accessories, you will be the go-to product expert for clients, architects, and contractors. Your mission is to drive sales of mixers, faucets, shower systems, and complementary accessories by combining deep technical knowledge with outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet walk-in customers, contractors, and designers; understand project requirements and recommend suitable mixer and accessory solutions
- Provide accurate information on dimensions, material compositions, cartridge types, finishes, and installation requirements • Prepare detailed quotations, BOQs, and price proposals for clients.
- Follow up with clients and assist in every shape or form they need to understand about the product.
- Stay current on global mixer trends (thermostatic, sensor, single-lever, wall-mounted, freestanding, etc.) and bath accessory collections • Work with warehouse and procurement teams to maintain optimal stock levels • Build strong relationships with contractors and installers to ensure correct product implementation
- Update the company CRM with leads, activities, and sales progress • Provide weekly sales and forecast reports to management
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience in sanitary ware, mixers, faucets is Mandatory
- Solid knowledge of mixer materials, dimensions, flow rates, and installation standards
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the UAE market
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic & English.
