We are looking for a Sales Specialist with a strong passion for music and proven sales skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in music, excellent communication abilities, and a valid UAE driving license. This role requires engaging with customers, promoting our music programs and instruments, and driving sales growth across our branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell music courses, instruments, and studio services.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure excellent service.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable programs or products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct sales visits, attend events, and support marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, ideally in music/education/retail.
- Background or strong passion for music (instrument knowledge is a plus).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive, energetic, and customer-focused personality.
