About the Role
Fintrek Marketing is seeking energetic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our Personal Loan sales team in Dubai. If you have experience in banking sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell personal loan products to potential customers.
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, and application processes clearly to clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat and referral business.
- Ensure all applications and documents are processed accurately and in compliance with company and bank policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in personal loan sales (UAE or home country).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Based in Dubai and available to join immediately (preferred).
