Fintrek Marketing, a leading channel partner in the UAE banking sector, is looking for experienced and motivated Personal Loan Sales Executives to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell personal loan products from leading UAE banks
- Generate leads through direct sales, referrals, and outdoor activities
- Analyze customer needs and suggest appropriate loan solutions
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with banking regulations
- Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales targets
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in personal loan sales in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE banking products and sales processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven, proactive, and confident personality
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Fluency in English (other languages are a plus)
