We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive – Power Tools Experienced to drive sales and expand our customer base within the tools and hardware Industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the tools market.
- Promote and sell a wide range of products, including power tools, hand tools, measuring instruments and related accessories.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers (B2B and B2C).
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients to showcase features and benefits.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and grow market share.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with customers in line with company policies.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the brand and generate leads.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with promotions and product launches.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide insights to improve sales positioning.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electronics, or related field.
- 3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in tools and hardware
- Strong knowledge of tools, components, or industrial equipment.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- UAE Driving license is mandatory
Preferred:
- Technical background or certification in electronics or mechanical engineering.
- Experience dealing with industrial clients, retailers, or distributors.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online B2B sales.
