We are hiring a Sales Executive- Tools to expand dealer sales for DeWalt and other leading tool brands across the UAE. This role focuses on building strong business relationships, providing technical support, managing orders and driving market development while meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote DeWalt and other premium tool brands in line with company sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors and channel partners.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical guidance to clients.
- Generate leads, prepare quotations and close sales effectively.
- Ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination and payment collection.
- Monitor market trends and share insights with the Channel Sales team.
- Address customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or MBA (preferred).
- 3–5 years of relevant sales and marketing experience in the UAE.
- Experience with power tools, especially premium brands like DeWalt, is an advantage.
Requirements
- Fluency in Lisan al-Dawat (mandatory).
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented with the ability to provide high-quality after-sales support.
- Willingness to travel within the UAE as required.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
