Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Tele Sales/Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in generating leads, converting prospects, and building strong relationships with customers. This role demands excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a proactive attitude to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Follow-Up:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce products/services and generate interest.
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and other sources.
Sales and Conversions:
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate and current information.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the company’s products/services, pricing, and special offers.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage.
Reporting:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs, trends, and competitive offers.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align goals and strategies.
- Support field sales teams by providing qualified leads and setting up meetings.
Market Research:
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify sales opportunities.
- Gather customer feedback for product and service improvement.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
