Prozone Properties LLC is looking for a Sales Floor Manager / HR to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Ø Lead and manage the sales floor operations.
Ø Guide and motivate the property consultants to achieve targets.
Ø Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of sales staff.
Ø Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA regulations.
Ø Coordinate with management to drive business growth.
Requirements:
Ø Experience in real estate sales management in Dubai.
Ø Strong HR knowledge and ability to handle recruitment and team development.
Ø Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ø RERA certification is a plus.
