We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead company's growth across B2B and institutional segments.
This is a full-time on-site role and we are preferring for candidates who have experience working for a Interior Designing / Printing / Art Services firm.
Job will be based in Dubai.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify, target, and pitch to potential B2B clients (hospitality, real estate, commercial offices, architects, interior designers).
- Develop and execute a sales pipeline to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts from initial outreach to project handover.
- Manage RFQs, client briefs, proposals, and contracts with professionalism.
- Prepare quotations, close deals, and negotiate pricing in line with project scope and margin expectations.
- Coordinate with design, production, framing, and installation teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Attend exhibitions (e.g., World Art Dubai, Hotel Show) to represent company and drive lead generation.
- Track and report on sales KPIs, client feedback, and pipeline status.
- Develop and present monthly sales performance reviews to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing to tailor campaigns and outreach.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
