We are hiring a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow regional sales operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales strategy, customer relationship management, and team leadership within a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales plans, budgets, and forecasts
- Manage and mentor the sales team, setting targets and monitoring performance
- Drive new business development, customer acquisition, and retention strategies
- Oversee pricing, credit facility management, and timely collection of payments
- Monitor sales KPIs, product movement, and customer feedback for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, health & safety, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to adjust strategies as needed
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teams for tenders and proposals
- Prepare management reports on sales performance, variances, and market trends
Requirements:
- Proven experience in regional sales management (preferably in the construction or FMCG sector)
- Strong leadership and analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and credit control procedures
- UAE market experience is an advantage
Performance Expectations:
- Personal sales target: AED 2,000,000/month with 10% gross profit margin
- Maintain 95%+ collection efficiency
- Achieve KPIs related to customer growth, product branding, and market penetration
