Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support sales efforts
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate sales (UAE experience preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (Arabic or other language skills are a plus)
