- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Master’s degree (optional but preferred) in Business Administration (MBA) for senior roles.
✅ 2. Experience
- 3–5 years of proven experience in sales (for junior manager roles).
- 5–10+ years for senior or regional/national sales manager position.
- Full Experience with the Hotels\ Hospitality industry In Dubai- Sharjah - Ajman is a must .
- Experience in managing teams, setting sales targets, and achieving quotas.
