We are urgently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow sales for our carpet manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B/B2C sales, excellent client networking skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth in domestic and international markets.
SALARY AED 8000 TO AED10,000 +INCENTIVES
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify and build relationships with distributors, retailers, interior designers, contractors, and key clients.
- Manage and expand the company’s sales network locally and internationally.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client retention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in carpets, flooring, textiles, or related industry.
- Strong B2B & B2C sales background.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of export markets (preferred).
- Valid UAE/GCC driving license
