We are looking for a ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER with minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales leadership role . The role involves driving sales growth, leading a team, building client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts
Requirements:
- MBA or Graduation in Business related field
- Proven track record in sales leadership
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools
