Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to drive the growth of our B2B portal. This role involves selling our services to travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, and other business partners in the UAE and international markets._ The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in the travel and tourism industry, and will be comfortable promoting our digital platform to B2B clients._
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase customer acquisition and drive revenue through the MajeStay Tourism B2B portal.
- Identify new business opportunities, including potential clients and markets, to grow the portal's usage.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Reach out to and build relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, MICE organizers, and corporate travel departments.
- Provide excellent customer support and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into active clients using the B2B portal.
- Product Promotion & Demonstration:
- Conduct product demonstrations for potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of the MajeStay Tourism B2B portal.
- Educate clients on the ease of use, booking system, and value-added services available through the portal.
- Negotiation & Deal Closing:
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, terms, and agreements with clients, ensuring both parties are satisfied.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Market Intelligence:
- Conduct market research to understand competitors, trends, and customer needs, providing actionable insights to the team.
- Stay updated on developments in the tourism industry, particularly in the UAE and key international markets.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining strong KPIs.
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management, including sales data, client feedback, and market trends.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 4–6 years in B2B sales within the tourism, travel technology, or hospitality industry.
- Skills:
- Strong sales acumen and ability to build and manage B2B relationships.
- Proficient in CRM systems and sales tools, with the ability to use MajeStay’s B2B portal effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English and Arabic proficiency is a plus).
- Proactive and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Tech-savvy: Familiar with digital platforms, portals, and web-based tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Languages: English (fluent), Arabic (preferred).
