We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in the entertainment and water park industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to attract corporate clients, school groups, tour operators, and other key market segments. You will lead a sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional guest experiences through strategic partnerships and promotions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in B2B and B2C segments
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, agencies, and event organizers
- Lead, train, and manage the performance of the sales team
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align promotional activities
- Participate in industry events, expos, and networking opportunities
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the entertainment, amusement park, or water park sector
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
