Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team in the Interior Fit-Out industry. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in sales, strong knowledge of fit-out processes, and a network of industry contacts. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the commercial, retail, and hospitality sectors.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
- Conduct market research to stay up to date with current industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the interior fit-out industry.
- Strong understanding of fit-out processes, materials, and market dynamics.
- A valid driver’s license is preferred.
