About the Role:
We’re hiring a Sales Manager with strong team leadership experience in the UAE real estate market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing agents and ideally bring along their top-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 8–10 property consultants
- Drive monthly targets and team performance
- Train agents, support in closing deals, and manage the sales pipeline
- Handle team recruitment and performance reviews
- Collaborate with marketing for lead flow and feedback
- Ensure high-quality client service and deal closure efficiency
Requirements:
- 3+ years of UAE real estate experience, with 1+ year in a team lead or manager role
- Must have managed a team of 8–10+ agents
- Strong leadership and closing skills
- Proven record of achieving team sales targets
- Based in the UAE and ready to join with their top team members (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market
- Good command of English; other languages are a plus
