Excel Industry is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our Waste Management Equipment division across the UAE and broader MENA region. The role involves managing sales of our complete product range including compactors, hook loaders, skip loaders, bin lifts, static and mobile systems, and other related municipal and industrial waste handling solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets across our full waste equipment product portfolio.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with municipalities, waste management contractors, EPC companies, and facility management firms.
- Manage the full sales cycle including lead generation, technical consultation, proposal preparation, negotiation, closing, and post-sales service coordination.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in public sector entities such as Tadweer, Bee’ah, and Ajman Municipality, as well as private operators.
- Oversee pricing strategy, margin protection, and commercial negotiations in coordination with the operations and finance teams.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform product positioning and sales strategy.
- Represent Excel Industry at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry networking events.
- If applicable, build and manage a sales team, including training, performance monitoring, and territory planning.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month
