Key Responsibilities
Unit Setup & Development
Establish the Elevator and BMS division: staffing, SOPs, systems.
Build operational/technical procedures aligned with EN 81, ISO, NFPA.
Define KPIs, workflows, and quality benchmarks.
Client Technical Support
Serve as the go-to technical and quality advisor.
Perform diagnostics, resolve system concerns, and generate expert reports.
Lead compliance documentation and audits.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Implement quality systems, inspections, and safety protocols.
Conduct internal audits and liaise with third-party assessors.
Vendor & Contractor Management
Evaluate and manage external service providers/OEMs.
Review proposals, technical specs, and project compliance.
Ensure SLAs and response timelines are upheld.
Project Coordination & Technical Leadership
Manage system integration within multidisciplinary engineering projects.
Recommend system upgrades aligned with client needs.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain service logs, quality reviews, and technical records.
Submit performance reports and client feedback summaries.

What You Bring
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
Certifications in elevator tech/BMS systems are highly preferred.
ISO 9001/45001/14001 knowledge is a required.
