Job Title: Manager – Sales & Operations (Insurance)
Location: Dubai - UAE

Salary: AED 10,000+ per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of 5 sales professionals.
- Oversee daily sales floor operations ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Track team performance and drive achievement of revenue targets.
- Manage CRM reporting and lead tracking for accurate data insights.
- Analyze key sales metrics to suggest and implement growth strategies.
- Coordinate effectively with back-office, external partners, and senior management.
- Recruit, train, and inspire team members when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance broking or agency operations within the UAE.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, Excel, and insurance analytics.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- UAE visa holders preferred (spouse or own visa ideal).
