We are currently looking for an Operations and sales Manager who has a proven experience in Fire Contracting Company especially in Maintenance Division with the same position. The competent candidate must have at least 10 years experience in AMC, Rectification and Fit Out Works of Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting System.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Material and Staff Management for the ongoing jobs.
- Site Management: Supervise and coordinate all activities on-site, including maintenance, inspection, and emergency response.
- Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate a team of firefighting professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring the highest level of service.
- Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, including equipment and personnel, to ensure optimal performance.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on operations, incidents, and performance metrics.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
- Must be able to handle Fire Fighting related technical issues with minimal supervision.
- Manage & deal DCD & other regulatory authorities related to Fire Fighting Industry.
- Develop & Implement Sales Strategies & supervise business development for the company.
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotations for clients based on their requirements and specifications.
- Ensure all quotations are aligned with company pricing policies and profit margins.
- Collaborate with the owner to obtain estimates for incoming enquiries.
- Ensure all enquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Source and arrange necessary materials for various jobs and projects.
- Coordinate with suppliers and Payables team to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Organize and collect service reports after job completion.
- Follow up with service teams to ensure all reports are completed and submitted in a timely manner.
- Assign appropriate job numbers to quotations upon approval.
- Ensure the job numbering system is followed accurately for all projects.
- Regularly follow up on issued quotations and update their status accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of quotation status and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Compile and prepare a weekly report for management detailing quotations that have not yet been converted into sales.
- Analyse data and provide insights to help improve quotation conversion rates.
- Oversee and manage site operations from the office.
- Ensure all site activities are coordinated effectively, and any issues are resolved promptly.
- Any Other Task Assigned by the management related to Quotation & site work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
- English / Arabic Speaker (Preferably)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in firefighting operations or a similar role.
- Proven track record of leadership and team management.
- Strong knowledge of UAE fire safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
- Proficiency in AUTO CAD (Drawing Files) Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
