ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Title: Sales - Reports To: Sales Manager
Role Purpose: To manage and grow assigned corporate accounts, ensuring achievement of sales targets, client satisfaction, and long-term relationship development while promoting Smell & Smile’s solutions.
Core Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage assigned corporate accounts and develop new business opportunities.
- Maintain close contact with decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within client organizations.
- Understand and communicate product features, pricing, offers, and service standards.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.
- Ensure all client contracts and requests are fulfilled seamlessly in collaboration with internal teams.
- Participate in marketing initiatives, campaigns, and product launches as required.
- Monitor client satisfaction and resolve issues quickly to maintain high service levels.
- Submit timely reports (daily/weekly/monthly) on account status and sales performance.
- Gather and communicate feedback on market trends and competitor activities.
Required Qualifications:
- High school certificate minimum: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience managing relations with accounts or in B2B sales.
- Communication in English is a must, Arabic is an advantage.

Leadership Responsibilities: While this is an individual contributor role, the Employee must collaborate effectively with internal teams to drive overall sales performance.
