We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Person with a proven track record in the interior design and fit-out industry within the GCC, especially the UAE market. The ideal candidate must have strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close high-value deals. A valid UAE driver’s license is essential, as the role involves frequent client meetings and site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities in the interior design and fit-out sector across commercial, residential, and hospitality segments.
- Identify client requirements and propose appropriate design and fit-out solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and end-clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular site visits, client meetings, and project follow-ups.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare periodic sales reports.
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of proven sales experience in the interior design, fit-out, or joinery industry within the GCC, preferably the UAE.
- Strong network and contacts within the interior and construction industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
- Knowledge of project workflows, BOQs, and technical drawings is a plus.
- Valid UAE driver’s license and own car (preferred).
