Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid sales techniques
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Collaborate with the team to improve marketing strategies and drive customer satisfaction
- Assist with light administrative tasks as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a salesperson or in a relevant role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or related field is a plus
