Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and demonstrate personal care and home electronic appliances (e.g., hairdryers, trimmers, vacuum cleaners) to walk-in customers.
- Understand product features, usage, and benefits to explain and upsell to customers.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and product display at the counter or kiosk.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Collect and report customer feedback and market trends to the sales supervisor or marketing team.
- Maintain cleanliness and working condition of demo units and display counters.
- Provide post-sale product usage guidance when required.
- Attend regular training sessions on new products and selling techniques.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in promoting personal electronic equipment in retail or showroom environments.
- Strong product knowledge of personal care and small home appliances.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented attitude with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and reliability.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and during promotional events.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with premium electronics brands.
- Basic technical knowledge of electronic devices and troubleshooting.
