Our company is seeking a qualified Sales Executive & Purchase Executive to join our team.
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales of automotive spare parts by identifying customer needs, generating leads, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. This role involves working closely with clients, understanding vehicle part specifications, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about automotive components and possess strong communication and sales skills.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive parts Industry
- Good knowledge of automotive spare parts : Japanese & Korean; American& European(Light vehicles);Ashok Leyland, Tata & Eicher
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and sales software.
The Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring automotive spare parts (OEM and aftermarket) to meet the company's operational and sales requirements. The role includes managing supplier relationships, ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and ensuring cost efficiency. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of automotive parts and strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in the automotive parts industry.
- Good knowledge of automotive components, part numbers, and suppliers.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
