Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in promoting and selling our premium car paint protection products and services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell paint protection products and services (e.g., PPF, ceramic coatings, sealants) to customers, car dealerships, and automotive service providers.
- Identify potential clients through networking, cold calls, and on-site visits to car dealerships, workshops, and detailing centers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits of paint protection solutions.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge to answer customer questions and handle objections.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a CRM database of leads, prospects, and sales activities.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in sales (automotive, car care, or related industry preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of automotive paint protection technologies is an advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
