Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: Abu Dhabi
Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven and client-focused Sales Representative to join our team in promoting and selling facility management services. This role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their facility-related needs, and offering tailored solutions such as cleaning, maintenance, security, pest control, HVAC, and other soft or hard FM services. The ideal candidate has a background in B2B sales and a strong understanding of property or facility-related operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the commercial, industrial, residential, and institutional sectors.
- Promote a wide range of facility management services including cleaning, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), security, landscaping, and waste management.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Conduct site visits and facility audits to assess client needs and propose solutions.
- Negotiate service agreements, pricing, and contract terms.
- Maintain and update CRM records of client interactions and sales progress.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships for recurring and upselling opportunities.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive offerings, and market developments.
- Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in facility management, real estate, or B2B services.
- Strong understanding of facility operations and the FM services value chain.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to assess client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Facilities Management, or related field preferred.
Preferred Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in FM or property services sales.
- Existing client network in sectors such as corporate offices, retail, healthcare, or education.
- Technical knowledge of soft and hard FM services.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
